Prof. d-r Dragan Gruevski

Dragan Gruevski was born in Krushevo, 1965. He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy – Institute of Psychology, University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje in 1990. In 2003, he obtained a M.Sc. degree from the Institute for sociological, political and juridical research on the department of Human Resources, and Ph.D. in 2006 on the subject field of Business communication. After magistracy he seriously dealt with expert consultancy, during which period he held various managerial trainings in private and public sector organizations in Macedonia. His academic career began in 2007 when he was employed as assistant professor of several courses from the field of management at the Faculty of administration and information systems management in Bitola, University “St. Kliment Ohridski” – Bitola. In 2012 he was promoted in associated professor at this faculty. His research interest is mainly focused on the following areas: human resources, organizational theory and organizational behavior, business communication.
